It seems more brands are
producing marketing that is ever more interactive and more based upon there
customers.
Doc Martins are
running a campaign asking customers to tell them about “their first time” they
brought/ wore Doc Martins.
This has created a community
for their customers as they share there experiences and are able to track each
other via the customer map. The form asks about
the first time they wore the shoes, then gets you to give the town/ area to
build so they can add to the map.
There are also
competitions, videos and galleries to show the products in a campaign fronted
by Agyness Deyn.
I have always loved
Doc Martins and think this campaign is brilliant it allows customers to
interact with each other as well as the brand and to feel part of something.
